This was to be an easy workout.
WU: 5-10' @ 70% MS: 4x10' (2.5' Rest@ 75-75% FT) 1&3@ 80%, 2&4 @85%, CD: 5-10' @ 60-65%
I felt fine during the Warm Up, and the Main Set went well, that is until I started having equipment problems. I am using a wireless Power Tap hub and it appears that the batteries in the hub are getting weak as near the end of the workout, the computer head would not receive the power data from the hub. I believe I lost about 4 1/2 minutes of data. None the less, I finished with a high average power of 197 watts.
