I’m going to track my calories and nutrition. Below is my first attempt at formatting.
Procedure
- Use livestron.com to track my food intake
- Export the data – excel and detailed
- Open the output in LibreOffice
- Change the header row background color from black (#000000) to orange
- Delete the “Wrapup Table”
- Delete the eight “Your Total” columns
- Copy the result and
- Paste into WordPress – Visual window
