Tracking Calories

I’m going to track my calories and nutrition.  Below is my first attempt at formatting.

Procedure

  1. Use livestron.com to track my food intake
  2. Export the data – excel and detailed
  3. Open the output in LibreOffice
  4. Change the header row background color from black (#000000) to orange
  5. Delete the “Wrapup Table”
  6. Delete the eight “Your Total” columns
  7. Copy the result and
  8. Paste into WordPress – Visual window
